Position: Seated
Description: Start in a seated position at the end of a bench with a posterior tilt of your hips. Place the dowel or broomstick on your shoulders and round your thoracic spine as you recline back 20-30 degrees. From here, begin slowly twisting at your core driving your elbows to the opposing thigh.

- Draw your belly button to your spine. Rounding your back will allow for more rotation from the thoracic spine which in turn limits lumbar rotation.
